Exposure and Response Prevention

ERP is an evidenced-based intervention that exposes people to the thoughts, images, objects, and situations that cause anxiety and/or start your obsessions. Response Prevention refers to making a choice to not do a compulsive behavior once the anxiety or obsessions have been ‘triggered’. *All of this is done under the guidance of a therapist.  


Dialectal Behavior Therapy

DBT is an evidenced-based intervention and a modified type of CBT. The main goals are to teach people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships.

ACT is an evidence-based intervention that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies along with commitment and behavior-change strategies to increase psychological flexibility.
